We accept cash, check, and credit cards. To keep our fees and costs low we do not bill your insurance company directly but are able to supply you with a receipt.
Our clinic exists because satisfied patients pay for their treatments—it is a sustainable community business model.
Remember, if you don’t come often enough or long enough, acupuncture may not be as effective for you. With our sliding scale we encourage you to come as often as needed to effectively change your condition. It may be important to make a commitment to yourself to get the most out of your treatments.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation in order to not
charge you for missed appointments. Please phone us if you need to cancel
or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges. Remember, our low
prices dictate we make our clinic as fiscally viable as possible. A
missed appointment without cancellation costs us money which we cannot
afford. You will be asked to pay the same amount you normally pay for appointment.
Responsibility
Our clinic does not provide primary care medicine.
Acupuncture is a wonderful complement to Western medicine, but it is not a
substitute for it. If you think you have a problem such as serious
infection, abnormal growth, or an injury that won't heal, you need to see
a primary care physician. We can provide complementary care for
conditions which require a physician's attention, but we need you to take
responsibility for your own health.
